  • Do I need to let you know I am sending a package to your facility?
    No, you can just start using our facility as your shipping address. Just make sure you have the Shipper put your name on the shipping label.

  • Do I need to bring my tracking number to pickup the package?
    No, it is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended. If there is anything wrong with your name on the package or if the package came without your name (this does happen) the tracking number will help us determine if your package has arrived. Looking up your package by name is a courtesy we provide. We can't guarantee that we will be able to look up your shipment this way everytime. If the name is wrong or missing we must have the tracking number to locate your package.

  • How do I sign up for Email Notification
    Click on the Email Signup Tab and fill out the requested information for each person who will be receiving packages.

  • I have a Personal mailbox. Can I call to see what mail has come in?
    We cannot do this for 2 reasons. Security and cost. For security reasons we cannot answer inquiries about mailbox contents over the phone. The personal mailbox is confidential and for your personal mail. The cost of checking customers mailboxes for mail is such that we would have to double our mailbox fee to provide this service.

  • Which retailers will accept this address?
    Any retailer, including eBay sellers should accept this address.

  • What kind of packages do you accept?
    We will accept any package or freight that comes to our facility. If a regular letter (mail) should come to our facility we will accept it and enter it in to our system. Normal package rates will apply.

  • What do I need to get my package through the border?
    You will need an invoice for the item purchased. There may be other requirements based on the item purchased. You need to contact your customs office for this information. The important thing to remember is that you should alwasy bring your invoice with you when you pickup the package. Do not rely on the shipper to include it with your package.

  • How long do you hold packages for?
    We hold packages for 90 days. If we cannot reach you after 90 days to ensure that you will pick it up then we will, at our sole discretion, either return the package to the shipper or dispose of it.

  • Can I have my packages forwarded to me?
    We only forward mail for our mailbox customers.

  • Can I call you to have my mail forwarded?
    No, for security and accountability reasons we need you to email us when you want your mail forwarded.

  • How do I pay for forwarding of my mail?
    We will bill your credit card for the fees and freight. Please see our Fees page.
