  • How long do I have to pickup a package?
    Packages should be picked up within 2 weeks of their arrival. Packages left in our facility for more than 2 weeks will incur a 3.50 per week or portion of a week storage penalty until they are picked up. Lack of email notification or phone call WILL NOT result in a reduction or elimination of the storage fees.  back to top

  • How soon will my package be ready after it arrives at your facility?
    It usually takes us 3 to 4 hours to process new packages, this can take longer depending on the volume of packages and customers at the counter. Our only guarantee is that all packages will processed and available for pick up by open of business the next business day. We never process packages received on Saturday.Packages received on Saturday will be ready for pickup by 10:30 am the following Monday.  back to top

  • How can I know if my package has arrived?
    If you havent received an email notification or phone call from us and you think it has been delivered you can use the tracking number you have to go online to track it at either, or Just be aware that USPS tracking numbers show delivered when they arrive at the Post Office. They still need to be brought to our facility. Although most of these packages are brought to our facility within 3 hours sometimes they dont all make it until the next day.  back to top

  • What if I can't make it to your facility before you close?
    We open and close on time every time. We will not stay open late or open early for any reason. It is strongly recommended that you plan for traffic and/or border delays because we lock our doors at closing time and once locked no one else is allowed in. No Exceptions.  back to top

  • Do I need to bring my tracking number to pickup the package?
    It is a good idea to do so but it is not mandatory. If there is anything wrong with your name on the package or if the package came without your name (this does happen) the tracking number will help us determine if your package has arrived. Looking up your package by name is a courtesy we provide. We can't guarantee that we will be able to look up your shipment this way everytime. If the name is wrong or missing we must have the tracking number to locate your package.  back to top

  • How do I register.
    Click on the Registration Tab and fill out the requested information for each person who will be receiving packages.  back to top

  • Do you rent mailboxes?
    No, we do not rent mailboxes. We have decided to focus solely on the package shipping and receiving portion of our business.  back to top

  • Which retailers will accept this address?
    Any retailer, including eBay sellers should accept this address.  back to top

  • What kind of packages do you accept?
    We will accept most packages that comes to our facility. Some exceptions are tires, palletized shipments and freight carrier shipments. Please see Prohibited Items List for a full list of items we won't receive.  back to top

  • What do I need to get my package through the border?
    You will need an invoice for the item purchased. There may be other requirements based on the item purchased. You need to contact your customs office (800-461-9999) for this information. The important thing to remember is that you should always bring your invoice with you when you pickup the package. Do not rely on the shipper to include it with your package.  back to top

  • How long do you hold packages for?
    We hold packages for 60 days. If it is not picked up then we will, at our sole discretion, dispose of your item(s) in whatever manner we see fit. We do charge storage fees after 14 days. Please see our Fees page.  back to top

  • What if my package comes in signature required?
    We sign for all Fedex and UPS shipments delivered while we are open whether each individual package requires a signature or not. We also sign for signature required USPS shipments.  back to top
